Harm Reduction Tips
- NEVER combine with Viagra, Cialis, or other PDE5 inhibitors — this can cause life-threatening blood pressure drops
- Do not swallow — poppers are caustic and toxic if ingested
- Avoid skin contact with the liquid — it can cause chemical burns
- Use in well-ventilated areas
- Do not use near open flames — poppers are highly flammable
- If you feel faint or have a severe headache, stop and sit down
Addiction Potential
Low physical dependence potential
Toxicity
- Cardiovascular risk when combined with vasodilators
- Chemical burns if swallowed or spilled on skin
- Methemoglobinemia at high doses
